There is a petition circulating on Noeline to request that the street be paved. A couple of weeks ago, another neighbor distributed a flyer with instructions on how to request the street paving. Several other streets in Encino Woods and the surrounding areas are in dire need of paving as well. Councilman Jack Weiss's office suggested that we inundate his office with calls and letters to request our street be paved. His contact information is as follows:
